This extraordinary work of art, which holds the record for the largest scrap metal butterfly in the India Book of Records, is proudly displayed at the Nawab Wajid Ali Shah Zoological Garden in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, alongside a rail track, further emphasizing the intersection of human activity and natural wonder.

At the Shaheed Chandrashekhar Azad Bird Sanctuary, Nawabganj, Uttar Pradesh, a unique selfie point has been established featuring the world’s largest eagle, the Haste Eagle. This majestic bird, which existed in New Zealand up to 800 years ago, holds the title of the largest eagle ever recorded.

The 7 feet tall sculpture is crafted from recycled metal. The Haste Eagle was renowned for its formidable hunting technique; it would insert its entire head into its prey, tear apart its limbs, and consume the meat piece by piece. While its flight and hunting methods were similar to modern eagles, its feeding approach resembled that of vultures.

The metal sculpture of an ostrich, installed at Nawabganj Bird Sanctuary, Unnao, is not just an artistic marvel but also an outstanding example of recycling and innovation. This incredible creation has been crafted using an old Boxer Yamaha motorcycle fuel tank, metal rods, and other scrap metal. The most unique feature of this sculpture is the spring-like pipe used in its neck, which allows it to sway gently with the wind, making it appear lively and animated.

At the Nawab Wajid Ali Shah Zoological Garden, Lucknow, a magnificent lion sculpture has been created in honor of the zoo’s beloved lion, Prithvi. This extraordinary artwork, crafted entirely from scrap metal, stands as a powerful testament to innovation, sustainability, and wildlife conservation. What makes this sculpture truly remarkable is that it has been built using discarded materials such as old tractors, jeeps, bullet bikes, e-rickshaws, and rope wires previously used in the zoo, making it a perfect example of recycling and upcycling in modern art.

A key highlight of this sculpture is its intricately designed mane, crafted from old rope wires, giving it a strikingly lifelike appearance. The sculpture was built following a zero-waste philosophy, ensuring that not a single piece of new metal was used in its construction.
